QuickBooks 2013

Is CommitCRM compatible with QuickBooks 2013? Thinking about upgrading but need to make sure we're in good shape with CommitCRM first.

It will be officially supported soon. Having said that plenty of RangerMSP users are already using it successfully, backup both systems and upgrade to QuickBooks 2013. All should work well for you already.

We're concerned with the new way QuickBooks 2013 handles account Contacts, and don't want it to cause issues with CommitCRM when we sync it up.

The latest 6.0 release should probably work well with this, even though it is not yet officially supported. Please note that Accounts and Contacts do not automatically sync back to RangerMSP unless you specifically activate the option to sync all data from QuickBooks. Normally you add your prospects to RangerMSP and then when the prospect becomes a customer you push it into QuickBooks using the QB menu in RangerMSP, this way any changes in QuickBooks should not affect your RangerMSP system and you have full control over the links between RangerMSP and QuickBooks.
