We deal with a lot of chains. Is there a way to have a Parent Account and then Child Accounts underneath that?

You could have one Account for the Parent and then Secondary Contacts for each of the Child Accounts and you can use either an email address or the domain name for each Secondary Contact. This way incoming Tickets will be linked automatically to the Secondary Contact by sender domain.

You don't need separate Contracts for this unless you specifically want that and if you need to bill each Child Account with different rates and prices. However please note that you will need to set or change Contract in the Ticket manually, because there is no option to automatically set Contract for the Ticket based on Secondary Contact. (Contract cannot be linked to Secondary Contract).

Alternatively you could create separate Accounts for each Child Account and you can create Relations between them and the Parent Account if required (see the Relations tab in the Accounts window). In this case a separate Contract would be required for each (if you need Contracts) and if you use QuickBooks you will need to generate separate QuickBooks invoices, because multiple Accounts in RangerMSP cannot point to the same customer in QuickBooks.

Hope this helps.
