Hi,
I am a newby. I am trying to get my items into quickbooks. When I click on Syncronize items nothing happens. What am I missing?

In case you have not done this yet please review QuickBooks Link user guide to configure the integration between RangerMSP and QuickBooks (Desktop or Online).

If the link is already configured, provide us with more information regarding what exactly you see.
Do you mean that nothing is open when selecting Synchronize Items? This option should open a wizard.

In general syncing items between RangerMSP and QuickBooks should update items in RangerMSP with changes made for the linked item records in QuickBooks. In case item does not exist in RangerMSP, it will be imported from QuickBooks and automatically created in RangerMSP (and from now on get synced). So you should have items in QuickBooks in order to sync and import them to RangerMSP.
