How do you guys deal with old accounts in CommitCRM since they can't be removed. We use CommitCRM for our current accounts as well as to enter prospective clients so we can keep track of the who we called, when we called and so on.
Time has passed and some of these companies don't even exist any more and we would like to cleanup our accounts. Any idea? Thank you |

Great. Looking forward to it.
NOTE: We upgraded to 6.2 version to help prevent duplicate accounts being entered. For the most part feature is doing what is suppose to do. However, it is a little enjoying when you fill out 6/7 fields of info just to find out that account is already in the systems. I think it would be more helpful if the account is being checked for duplicates before all the info is entered. We are still doing old fashion way, search for accounts for before we start creating a new one. |
