RangerMSP User Question*
Is there a way on RangerMSP where we can setup or change a template for logged tickets. At the moment it shows as follows: Quote:

Answer
Sure, you can customize the template that is used for email alert sent to customers when a new ticket is created (or closed).. You should go to Settings menu > Email Templates > copy the system template (default template is 'Ticket - Alerts to Customers - New Ticket - Designed'), add ticket description field as well as customize anything else to your requirements. Then you should select the custom template under Tools > Options > Alerts to Customers tab and RESTART 'RangerMSP Server' service to apply the change immediately. Hope this helps. |
