is it possible to have tickets be assigned to different contracts for the same account, based on the domain of the email address sending in the tickets?
eg. Company A has 2 external domains, domain 1 and domain 2, and two contracts of support hours, named by the external domains. If email@domain1 sends a support ticket, I would like that to be associated with the Contract for domain 1, and if email@domain2 sends in a support ticket, I would like that to be associated with the Contract for domain 2. |

Thank you for posting this.
When the Ticket is created from the email the system will either select the default Account Contract or will set the Global System Contract. Currently the Contract cannot be set based on the sender domain/email. It is an interesting question and we will take note of this. Thanks for asking! |
