One more...What report or field can i use in order to report on accounts that call multiple times for the same issue? If there is even one. Any reply would be amazing! Thank you!

In case you refer to the Ticket Type field, then there is a report called Tickets List by Account and Type that is sorted by and grouped by Accounts and Ticket Types, so for each Account you'll see a breakdown by Ticket Types.
