Live Data Board 2

We have problems with the live data board for “Number of over-used Block of Time Contracts” or “Money”, after upgrading to version 15.

Before upgrade (from v.14), clicking on the number in the live data board box for “Number of over-used Block of Time Contracts” or “Money”, we were presented with the list over contracts that have been overused.

Now, system still updates regularly the numbers in the live data board box for “Number of over-used Block of Time Contracts” or “Money”, but after clicking on the number, system opens “Contracts” window, but there is NO list of overused contract.

perhaps you can post the fix for others with this issue instead of just emailing a single user... would be more efficient.

The fix requires a specific hack to the database itself, unlike a generic 'click here' option. This is why we ask to contact us by email to get a fix.

Anyway, we have just emailed it to you, and it will be included to everyone in our next release.
