QB invoicing

When user Ranger to generate my invoices, in charges I put the details of the charges and work performed.

When the invoice is generated it lists the charges, then below is an area that says "Ticket Information:" it includes the ticket number and the resolution.

I don't need the resolution to mimic the charges. How can I prevent the resolution from printing.

Please visit the Tools > Options > QuickBooks tab and disable adding Ticket Resolution to the invoice by unselecting the following option:
