V27 additional Activity templates

Hi

I have installed V27 but I dont see the additional templates that are shown in the "whats new in V27 Wiki

Thank you for asking.

Please note that the new feature refers to Ticket Templates unlike to Activity Templates.

You can use the newly added arrow near the 'new Ticket' button to select a template. Two demo templates were added with the upgrade and you can create your own templates as well.
