I need to change employee rates, but the line item in Employees tab where you set the rate is locked...even though I am a SysAdmin. Oddly, I can erase the rate already in the line, but I cannot add a rate back in. What am I missing? I've been searching the forums all morning. It shouldn't be this difficult. Please help?

The issue with the Employee Rate field being not-editable was fixed in version 26. Assuming that you use an older version, please visit this page to download*the dedicated upgrade program. Hope this helps. |
