One of my employees suggested this and I think it's a good idea. How about an option to color code tickets based on status (or other criteria) in the ticket window? For example, a ticket with the status of "New" might be green while a ticket with a status of "Hold" might be blue or something. It would give a quick visual indication of how many tickets of what status you have in the window.

Hi Rick,
Thanks for posting this. This is great feedback! We have an open feature request with other users' comments on this topic. I've added your own comments to that request, as well as your vote for its nomination. For now, as an alternative, you can easily sort the tickets list by each column by clicking on the column header. This method will allow you to sort by priority and status and see how many you have of each. If you have anymore comments on how this feature can help the every-day-user, please feel free to post them here. Thanks again for the feedback. Regards, Reno Breen |

Hi Rick,
We're sorry but our features list is proprietary, and therefore closed to the public; however, if you have anymore ideas you'd like to submit to us, we'd be happy to tell you if those ideas have been seconded by any of our other users. Thanks for showing your interest in RangerMSP Development. Regards, Reno Breen |
