In my company we have multiple engineers that add notes to tickets of other engineers. Is there a way that if I add a note to another engineers ticket he can get a notification that a note has been added ? -- * Question received by email and shared here for the benefit of our users. |

Answer
Sure, this feature is a part of Alerts to Employees module. In order to get notified about notes (and other updates) to their tickets, each user should set their personal settings under Tools > Options > Alerts tab and enable Ticket Manager Alerts. |
