Hi Guys.

So I've been using the product for a while and I'm pretty comfortable with it, I've got a couple dozen contracts going. I've been trying to figure out what the "Initial Block Value" is for and what I should be doing with it?

Thanks!

Thanks for posting. The initial block value is the block value the contract starts with, for example a block of 50 hours. In some cases the customer increases the initial block and in the case of a block of time buys more hours. The option to change the Initial Block Value lets you change a block of 50 hours to, say, 60 once the customer added 10 more hours to the existing block.

Hope this helps.
