Version 18 "Copy" feature in Pending Tab?

Could you provide more information regarding the "Copy" feature added to the Pending Tab pop-up as described in the Release Notes? I can't find that feature. Thanks.

You should see the option 'Copy' while right clicking the Pending tab under an Account/Ticket etc. as shown in the screenshot below:
