The following error message continues to pop up, even though I have pressed the "Delete" button in the dialog box every time it appears. It always references the same email message, so that message seems to be "stuck" and will not delete. I have performed all of the items listed in the "Solutions" section of the message, and all server mail functions test successfully (and other outgoing Commit email messages are sending successfully). Please advise.

Error Code Received from your Mail Server: 554
This code is returned from your mail server. It is NOT a CommitCRM error code.
554 5.6.0 Invalid message content
Outgoing email queue folder:
C:\Commit\Server\QSysEDOutbox\
Failed while trying to process the outgoing email file:
QItemOutbox170424153326_AXZUVK.cmt

Solution:
------------
Verify that the mail server allows the CommitServer Windows Service to send emails.
Verify that all email addresses are valid.
Make sure that your mail server is configured to allow message relaying. Relaying support is required only when the option to select the original message 'As-Is' option is selected (i.e. it is not required when the system is configured to forward emails as attachments).
Once you handled the above issue, restart CommitServer service so another Send attempt will occur.
If, after restarting the service, the email is still not being sent and you see the same error again, it is possible that the email message file in queue cannot be sent due to incorrect previous settings.
Try skipping this email message by moving the email message file listed above to a backup folder and restarting CommitServer service.
This will let the Commit Server try to process and send the next email message waiting in queue.

One more piece of information: In the "Solution" section, one of the last items listed says to move the message to a backup folder, but I don't know how to do that. Where is the message located?

Thank you for posting this.

This message "554 5.6.0 Invalid message content" comes from your mail server and it seems like it rejected the email because it wrongly marked the message as spam.

Based on the message content itself you should move/delete the following file:

C:\RangerMSP\Server\QSysEDOutbox\QItemOutbox170424 153326_AXZUVK.cmt

Then restart 'RangerMSP Server' service on the server.
