Assuming we have created the appropriate report (including a signature field), can we utilize the signature feature in the mobile app to allow a customer to view/read a Release of Liability Form (report) and then sign it on the tech's mobile device?. We want this to happen BEFORE we begin service for the customer. This would insure that we always have the form on file without having to collect paper copies from the technicians. Note: It is important the customer be able to view/read the appropriate release of liability text before signing. If this is not possible then I would like to submit this as a feature request.

You can have the customer sign at any stage. You can even create different form layouts, one a Release of Liability, so they'll sign it up-front, and another one that they sign once the Ticket/work is complete. The forms can be downloaded as PDF for them to review (yes, after they sign, noted!). When asking them to sign use the dropdown to pick the exact format you want to have signed, including customized ones.
