We are currently Kaseya users and are consideringa switch to Labtech. Primarily because of the plugin that allows inegration. So the questions are to current Labtech/CommitCRM users... 1. How good is the integration? I.e. tickets, assets and customers 2. What is the bandwidth requirements in the real world? It all very good on the Labtech FAQ saying only 500 bytes of data bla, blah, but what would be really useful is users experience. I think this could be a killer combo, but we don't want to jump ship if its not going to improve on what we can do. Cheers Scott |
