Hello All,
Am I missing something? We all use CommitCRM to sync to our outlook for appointments, tasks and contacts. We all have the 'Allow Other Users to Sync' box ticked for all options, but it does not allow us. It this as simple as adding permissions to eachother's calendars, etc.. for it to work? Hi Austin,
Thanks for sending this in. Getting your users to sync each other is only available in Exchange, and requires permissions for the user making the sync to write into the rest of the employees mailboxes.
