I would like to hear how others using CommitCRM are migrating their customer ticket history into this product. I have 4000 customers that use my companies IT services and a ticket history (in Excel) for the history of each customer.
I desparetly want to use CommitCRM but have not gotten any response from this forum or support @ Surely somebody has found a way to migrate each account's ticket history intoCommitCRM? thanks! -Rob |

Hi Rob,
Thanks for posting this. Mostly our new customers import their customer ticket history (Excel file) into each account as a RangerMSP document. This allows the employee to reference data from RangerMSP and if the data that you're looking for isn't available in the newer RangerMSP Tickets then you can easily open the Excel file associated with that account from the Account's Docs tab.
