Failed sending email

I've had this problem for I don't know how long. I did email support some months ago and uninstalled/reinstalled and repaired Outlook.

Every time I try to send an email a dialog box pops up with "Failed sending email".

Any thoughts?

It is hard to say what exactly the problem is as this message is too generic. In 99% of the cases it is related to a broken Outlook installation, of some sort, and repairing or reinstalling helps. Please remember that RangerMSP client isn't installed on each machine and it is executed from the server, so - if it works on other PCs it should also work on yours... In any case, please send us your log files for analysis, hopefully more details were logged there.

Thanks. I can't send the logs however, I get the same failed sending email error.

Unfortunately this information is not enough for us to understand what exactly the problem is.

We have emailed you the instructions on ow to enable the detailed logging. Hopefully this will provide us with more information.
