Thanks for sending this in. This sounds like the type of problems that a corrupted database index would cause, so we'd like you to try the Database Reindexing process to attempt to resolve this. If the issue persists, please send us the log files from your RangerMSP system. The log files can be found in Help > Technical Support. Once we have the logs, we’ll analyze them to ascertain the cause for this behavior. Thanks. Regards, Sherry |
