I am using a 3cx phone system. It does have a built in TAPI driver, but for some reason I can't get the "Dial Phone 1" options from the right click account menu to work.

Funny thing is that it did work at one point, but I'm not sure what i did to "Break" it...

Anyone know what drives these settings?

Thanks!

Hi Luke,

Thanks for posting this.
RangerMSP dials out using the windows dialer, and should work once the windows dialer is configured to use your 3cx server. We suggest trying to dial from there, and troubleshooting the dialer before trying in RangerMSP again.

An alternative solution would be to arrange an Online Service that dials through your 3cx server; however, this requires that your telephony server support receiving dialing strings from a URL with parameters.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Reno

Hi Luke,

I'm not specifically sure about this in Windows 7; however, you should try typing Dialer.exe in the start window and hitting Enter...

Hope that works.

Reno
