It seems an obvious option to have but I can't seem to find it. In the History tab of a ticket (or anywhere else fo that matter), if I accidentally overwrite or delete something, is there an undo option like CTRL+Z? If not then can one be added?

I can't tell you the times I could have done with an undo option, especially just now when I accidentally hit the clear option in the right-click context menu by mistake!

Thanks

Thank you for posting this.

In case you refer to the changes in the free-text fields, then you should indeed be able to undo the changes using CTRL+Z, as long as the latest changes haven't been saved yet.

In other cases you may close the record details, e.g. the History note using the Cancel button without saving the changes.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, this works, is it possible to add Undo to the right-click context menu?
