Is it possible to run a report to show accounts/contacts that have been updated in the past week.

Answer


Yes, each Account (and most other type of records) has an 'Updated on' field that automatically holds the last time the account record was updated (or inserted in case this is a new account that hasn't been updated since it got inserted). You can filter by this field and get the relevant details that you need.
