Thank you for posting this.
You should probably configure an Online Service for Accounts or Assets in order to connect to the particular machine on the customer's site). You will most like need a machine ID so SC will be able to know which machine to connect to, you can store it as an Asset field and use this field as a parameter for the Online Service that you configure. Please note that the above works with different remote control systems though we do not know whether Screenconnect support URL parameters. You probably need to review their documentation. Let us know if you need any assistance and once things work you are welcome to share the Online Service with the community by posting to this forum. Hope this helps. |
