Is there a way to go to "new tickets" by clicking directly from the live data tab?

That's what I was thinking too.....
Useful information. Please consider a 'light' display... its a little plump taking up a lot of valuable real-estate. An option to display it at the bottom, in a thin line like CommitCRM Messages perhaps? Yes, I can open and close it, but probably will not once its closed...
