Does the current alert server support sending alert to a customer when a predefined action is taken?
1. A new ticket is created > Alert customer 2. Ticket is closed > Alert customer 3. Invoice is created > Alert customer Can anybody share how they set it up, and use it? |

Thanks for posting this. RangerMSP 5.2 does not include these options; however, The coming RangerMSP 5.3 is going to be shipped with some of the features you inquired about in your post :-) More details will be announced once RangerMSP 5.3 is officially released. Hope this helps. Regards, Sherry |

We're happy to say that RangerMSP 5.3 Beta-1 has been released :-) It is currently being used by a limited number of customers. Once we move forward with the Beta we plan to increase the number of participants and then move to a public beta. All in all 5.3 is progressing well and we're handling preliminary feedback from the initial Beta Release. We will publish more updates once we have them. Regards, Neta |
