Is there a way to edit internal email templates (i.e. changing "[Info] RangerMSP Ticket- Closed [0500-0000, etc" to different wording/format in the subject line? We would also like to change the content in the body if possible.

Searched but could not find previous posts. Thanks

Thank you for posting this.

Email alerts that are sent to Employees have a fixed structure that cannot be modified, unlike email alerts that are sent to customers that are fully customizable and are based on Email Templates.

One of the reasons for this is to allow configuring Outlook/Gmail rules that analyze the subject line and perform different actions automatically - from auto deleting notifications, moving them to another folder, coloring them, etc. More dynamic structure might have prevented using structured rules.

Hope this makes sense and helps.
