can we change the name "Pending" to "Tasks"?
is there a way to get completed tasks to remain in the Pending tab but maybe grey out (or something else that shows it's complete). Having them also show up in history is good but we want to see the full list of tasks in the Pending window including the completed ones. thansk -- //ray |

Pending tabs do not only list Tasks, they list anything scheduled - appointments, tasks, open tickets, open sales opportunities and more.
In any case, you can modify the Pending label to anything you like. From 'Tab Management' select the Pending tab and click the icon to edit it. No. Completed Tasks are deleted. However, you can configure the system to automatically convert Done tasks to History Notes (Tools > Options > Calendar tab). |
