Is there any way to have an Open Ticket appear in multiple employees Open Ticket searches? An employee group would be handy, for example, and these ticket could be assigned to the group.

I would love this as well. Group or team based ticket management would be very nice. You can get kind of close with labels - but somehow it just isn't the same.
