Folks
I've sent 3 requests to support and have had no reply. I sent 2 via my normal email, 1 via website. I've check all of the obvious potential issues with their response coming in, but all logs show nothing coming from them, bulk/spam/virus/normal email logs show NO RESPONSE This is not their normal response profile - normally reply within 2-48 hours. Has anyone had direct contact with them in the last say 2 weeks? I'd hate to think that they just don't like me anymore ... |

BTW, we've just received another "encrypted" email from you. We cannot follow it or use such systems. Simply email the relevant question directly to us or use a @gmail, etc. to email it. The Barracuda emails cannot be followed. Thanks. |
