Charge Report

Is there a charge report that will show a breakdown of the default labor rate of employees, which are different for each employee, and the billable labor rate to the customer?

You can use the 'Account Details including Custom Pricing' report (under the Accounts category in Reports) to print custom rates and prices defined for each Account. Please keep in mind that this will show the special custom-pricing rates per employee per customer.

Charges reports shows the actual rate used for the specific Charge entry. While it defaults to the employee rate for the customer, it can be overwritten by a privileged user. It does not show the 'list' rate next to it.
