Track date/time charge was entered?

Techs are entering charges well after the fact, creating problems for management and billing. Do charge entries include a creation/edit date/timestamp? If so, we could report late charge entries and take appropriate action.

Yes. Each Charge record does include audit details of when the Charge record was created (and by who) as well as when it was last updated (and by who). This audit information is always displayed when you open the Charge record details window (In an horizontal line just above the OK/Cancel buttons). Yes, you can also filter the Charges list as well as reports based on these fields. Look for the Create Date and Update Date fields.
