In general, the Report Scheduler for Customer module emails reports based on data stored in RangerMSP database. For example, details of their tickets, billing information, expiring assets, etc. It is possible, for example, schedule a report to be sent each month/3 month/year with tickets that have completed in this period and the email may contain "Here are the tickets we resolved. Any feedback?" What the Report Scheduler is not is a generic email scheduler. Hope this helps. |
