I have a custom report that looks at existing contracts and gives me a detailed report on how many hours have been utilized for each line item and a summary at the top of the page. I have one report that has a four hour discrepancy between the detail and the summary. Any ideas where I should start looking for the discrepancy?

Thank you for posting this.
It is possible that the summary field at the bottom of the report summarize both - hourly based and unit-based Charges. This field should be of DBCalc type and based on the field 'Charge - Total: Hours'. You can export the custom report to file (using the Export button in the Reports window) and email it to us for review. Hope this helps. |
