Hi,

I created an activity template, and when I apply it to a ticket each task is listed in the reverse order to what I created. Is this normal?

@Gordon,
The order is dictated by the date/time which is defined in the Task itself - you can double-click on any Task in the list to edit it and change its due date and time to suit or set different time to the entries in Activity Template. You can also change the sort order on the pending tab in Tickets by clicking the date column title.

@Mister-c,
I suspect that this is a different case regarding order of pending tasks for a Ticket, what you referred to is about Reports (will be taken care of in our next release) and not related in this case.
