Hello,
When On the Web interface under Opportunities and quotes the drop down options are there but cannot be selected. what I mean by this is Status: My Sale Opportunities->Open Manager. Me is a drop down I can click the options there however nothing loads when I click one such as 'All Employees' Please can you advise? Thanks Dan |

Do you mean that the Quotes/Opportunities linked to all users are not listed when selecting the 'All Employees' in the filtering options?
It is possible that no all records are shown and you should be able to go to the next page at the bottom of the list. Following your post we tested it here and it seems like all should work as expected. In case needed, please email us with screenshots so we will better understand what exactly the problem is. |
