Hi,
We've just started using SIPTAPI to call contacts using our VoIP system from CommitCRM - very neat! Anyway, we spend 90% of our time in the ticket window, and unless I'm missing something there's no way to dial the primary 'phone 1' for the contact from the ticket window, is there? If not, please consider adding this as a feature! :o) Craig |

Well, it is only two clicks away - here's what you should do -
In the Tickets window locate the Contact field (on the General tab) and click the small yellow lightning bolt icon. The Contact quick preview will open. There you'll find the Open link, click it. Done! You're at the Contact details page and ready to use the dialer! Hope this helps. |
