Some of our technicians use the web interface exclusively. The item list on the desktop is updated frequently to take out suspended items. The item list in the web interface shows everything including suspended items. How can I get the web interface item list to match the desktop item list.

Suspended Items do not appear in the select list on the form for adding a new Charge although note that updates can take around fifteen minutes before appearing in the Web Interface unless the service is restarted to force an immediate update (which would also force users to login again). The reason for this is caching to gain better performance.

In the main Items list there is not currently a way to hide suspended Items in the Web Interface, not all functions are the same in the Web Interface. However, you can click the "Suspend" column title to order them by Suspend status so they all show at the top or the bottom of the list.
