Hi

I am having an issue where the technicians could select the wrong hardware code when enter the item product into a ticket ( and therefore bill incorrectly) is there an option to be able to scan codes in to a ticket?

When using the magnifying glass for item search you can paste the Item Code, copied from another source. For example if you have a Barcode scanner that can be used as a keyboard, you should be able to scan the code directly to the Item Code field in the search panel.
