Live Data "boxes" show real time data. You can add Live Data items that will show, for example, how many Tickets are now at the 'New' status or the number of open Tickets (for all open statuses). Another item can be added to display how many Tickets were closed today/last week etc. In case you want to compare between the amount of Tickets that were opened vs closed for specific date/week/month - you can use the following Ticket Reports: Weekly Tickets Summary by Accounts / Employees /Employees and Accounts Annual Tickets Summary by Accounts / Employees /Employees and Accounts Hope this helps! |
