I was wondering if anyone uses a standard coding system for computer repair and services. We provide services to dental offices. I've noticed that the ADA has CDT codes for dental procedures. It would be nice to have the same standard for computer repair and services. Hence make it easier to describe and diagnose our services. Any suggestion will be appreciated

We have very few things that are "standard" or the same from one job to the next. You could easily do this with Items though (set up an item for every "code" you created) -- this is kind of how it's done.

cheers!

We are a telecommunications company and like ability to set up our own in CommitCRM. Computer codes don't work for us.
