Project contracts - revisited

If we are going to be required to use contracts for projects, then could we have a special project contract type designation that doesn't get renewed? ...and gets excluded from the batch invoice wizard until the project is completed?

How about this... call it "Project" (type). :-)

On this though, we MUST be able to modify the default billable/non-billable status for ALL items types (time, materials and expense) -- as has been discussed many times over, this should be available for ALL contracts.
