HTML Reports w/ Links?

It would be amazing if we could setup scheduled reports w/ HTML format and links directly to tickets for our employees:

Example: A report showing all tickets without updates for 7 days, delivered to all employees in HTML format with easy to click shortcuts to hit the CommitWeb to update their ticket(s).

PDF reports just don't do it.
