Hello all,

I wanted to take a moment to check with the support crew here on the forums and other CommitCRM CRM owners to get advice regarding migrating of CommitCRM from my old Windows Server 2003:R2 server to the new Windows 2008:R2 server. I've searched the forums and seen others had similar questions, but they had different modules such as SQL and email, of which I don't have.

My basic question is how do I go about getting my current installation of CRM with all of the settings, account data, along with my specific license information moved over to a new installation of CRM? I definitely know about the backup and restore capabilities, but not sure how that would work with license information and such.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or help anyone could give.

Thanks!

Bradley

Bradley, we will be happy to assist you with this migration. As it involves licensing keys and activation you are asked to contact us directly by email.

Thanks,
Dina
