Custom customer sign off form with ticket charges

This is a form that we use for customers that are not on contract. This includes all ticket charges.

I like this. what would be great is if we all also attach a PDF of the actual form so its quicker/simpler to quickly see if a form might be what you're after, without having to install it into CommitCRM first. thoughts?

This is a great suggestion and we've already changed the way the Sharing center forums work :-)
When sharing a new Report you can now attach image files directly to your forum post (jpg, gif and png file formats are supported). As suggested, the image file should be used to demo the report formatting (and, if needed, you can easily erase the data included in the image any image editing tool).

Create a new thread > Add your text content > Click Manage Attachments below > Attach your Zip file and your image file. This will display the image in the thread in full size so that everybody can see it.

This report is great. I wanted to modify one the charges entry - so that the rate and total doesn't appear. Can anyone assist? Thanks for your help.

While in the Report Designer you will see, at the bottom of the report area, several tabs. Try visiting the one the includes Charges and the upper section will change - it will now display the Charges sub-report from where you can select and remove any of the fields you do not want to appear. Then, go back to the tab of the main report and only then save your changes.
