We are needing to move to a new billing platform. The contract export does not show the items/qty/price for a customers contract.

How can we export a full report of all contracts including customer, dates, items, qty, prices, etc to be able to fully duplicate a contract via export?

Any thoughts?

Thank you for posting this.

It seems that you are looking for exporting Contract-Price Charges.

Those can be exported via exporting Charges. In order to limit the exported data to include only Contract-Price Charges, you should be able to apply the filter based on the template "Contract-Price Charges filtered by employee and date".

Hope this helps.

Thanks. What it doesn't show is when they should be billed next. So how can you duplicate a contract via export. meaning, Start/End dates, frequency, and Items and amounts.

charges show items charged and date, but how then to know when they should be billed next?

Hope i am explaining correctly.

You're welcome! RangerMSP renders future/renewing contracts automatically and on the fly based on the renewal periods configured for automatic renewal and the price-charges, so if, for example, a new price-charge is added throughout the month, next month contract, created on renewal date, will reflect that for the following month (period). All this means that because of the dynamic nature of renewing contracts, future contracts, or their charges, cannot be exported because they do not exist yet.

Hope this helps!
