At the command line I run the backup program (from the correct directory)
CRMBackup.exe CRMLiveSQLBackup
It runs. It returns immediately. It shows no error. But no backup gets created in the output folder.

Is there any log available to tell me what is going wrong?
How do I troubleshoot this and get the command line LiveBackup to work?

I have reviewed the CRMbackup.ini file and the settings are correct
(CSDAdsFolder=C:\Program Files\Advantage 11.10\Server\ is the folder that has the running database and has ADS.exe)
(LiveBackupSaveToFolder=C:\CommitBackupLive\ is a folder that exists)

I have rebooted the system and still get the same result. For all other things RangerMSP is working just fine.

Thank you for posting this.

The common reason for such a problem is insufficient file access rights.

Please open Command Prompt on the server as Administrator (using the "Run as Administrator") and see whether it works.

There should be a backup log file UserLog_CRMBackup.TXT under the \Logs folder. You can email it to us for review.

Hope this helps.
