Hi Guys this may have been mentioned before.
I think there is a need for keyword search in the tickets window. as a large IT company I have made a policy for all "retail clients" to be created under a single account then each client added as a contact on that account. this works well to hide the hundreds of people that would otherwise be set up as an account making my accounts list much longer than needed.

The issue that I have now been facing as a result is to search for a ticket relating to a particular contact on the "Retail Client" account, as far as I can tell.

let me know if I'm wrong but I cant see a way to do this currently.

Cheers

Thank you for posting this.

Actually you can find Tickets by secondary contact: in the Tickets search panel select 'Find:Contact' and use magnifying glass to select the specific secondary contact.
In case Secondary Contacts are not listed in the Account selection Window by default you can select to show them from the [all types] field.

I hope this helps.
